Recently I had a serious problem getting my computer to stay online for any length of time. It would just shut don my browser. I switched from Internet Explorer to Firefox with no luck. I wasn’t thinking about viruses because I get free MacAfee with my internet provider. Every few days MacAfee would download something so I thought I was okay.

A friend told me to download a free trial of Cyberdefender, so I did. It claimed I had multiple problems, but I needed to pay to get them all fixed. I went online and read Cyberdefender reviews, and was still unsure. I called the local guy in town who fixes computers and he wanted $200.00 to fix the problem which he claimed could be one of several problems, but coincidentally, they all cost $200 to fix.

I decided if I was going to pay that much money, I might as well get the Cyberdefender Live Help program for $299 because for $99 more I would get a years worth of coverage on up to three computers. I figured I could always to a charge back on my credit card if they didn’t help me.

Needless to say, I am writing a good Cyberdefender review. My problem was fixed remotely and I have 9 more months of service left if something else happens. The best part was it was fixed in less than one hour. I did nothing but log on and explain my problem. Granted, I had to explain it twice, but that was a small price to pay. It beats dragging the computer to a repair shop any day!
