3 Steps to build a successful business idea
Developing a business idea involves creating a vision, leveraging your strengths and identify market needs. Here are the steps that will help you start building a successful business idea or at least with a high potential for success. Three steps: 1) Create a vision, 2) Determine what is good and what you enjoy doing, 3) Find out what the market needs.
1. Create a vision : close your eyes for a few minutes and conjure up a detailed picture of how you want your life in 5 years. Be as specific as possible.
Where would you like to live?
What do you do in your daily life?
What kind of work is done?
Do you work alone or with others?
Who are you surrounded?
What do you do when not working?
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Do not limit yourself to these questions, create a vivid vision of yourself, touching on things that are important to you. They are all personal issues that have an impact on the type of business you are looking for: if a person or city field, if you wish to travel or sit at your computer, if you like to meet people or work phone. This activity will help you create a foundation for choosing a business, making business decisions and setting clear goals. It is best to do this exercise with someone else and share your vision. If not, write it down to make your vision more concrete.
2. Determine what is good and what you like to do usually is useful to look inside to discover what he likes, what he dislikes and where your talents lie. One thing is to devise a winning business idea is to conceive another idea that fits your skills and interests. Your business has to keep busy, so you can thrive over the long haul. One of the best ways is to make three separate lists:
List 1: What is good
Everyone is good at something and many skills can be the foundation for a business. Can be naturally organized or have a knack for fixing things. You may be so used to your skills that will not occur immediately, hence, remain under observation for a couple of weeks and make a list, paying attention to their skills and asking people who know you well what are your impressions about areas where you excel.
List 2: Skills you’ve acquired over the years
Whether you have worked or not in a conventional environment, no doubt have accumulated many. Write down all the work responsibilities you’ve had, think about the varied tasks you know how. Make sure the list is complete. Must contain at least 10 distinct items.
List 3: Things you enjoy doing
List the things you enjoy. This may not be as easy as it sounds. This list must contain at least 10 elements. Go beyond your hobbies and interests that spring to mind immediately. If you’re stymied, ask people who have known you for a long time, especially those who know him from his childhood, being told what they have seen you doing when you happier.
Keep these three lists in an accessible place (for example, on your desk) for several weeks and every time an idea comes to mind, write it in the correct category. Ask people who know you well for their input or to help you jog your memory.
3. Find out what the market needs
So far, he has been looking inward to achieve a business idea. Now is the time to look outward to discover an unfilled need that you can meet with your product or service.
There are many shopping lists “Top 10″ or “Hot New”. This may be an encouragement to get some ideas, but the best business ideas will emerge and be based on who you are and what to look for the market. So, while you search and list making, put up your antenna and look for business opportunities.
Ten Tips for not killing your Business Idea
Everywhere you look these days, people are trying to start an innovative business for profit, trying to work together, creating products and seeking funding, in general, trying to change the world with an idea or at least their world through entrepreneurship and with an increasing volume in the Internet. In the meantime, I have a strong suspicion that the death rate of business startups is as high as ever (no rigorous scientific monitoring there).
In any case, it is worth starting. So here is a draft with 10 tips for not killing your business idea. (Please make your own suggestions for changes and additions, so let your opinion in the comments section.)
How not to kill your venture.
1. This is obvious – watch your cash flow. Whether your plan is to finance your home through investors or through income, plan ahead. Every other principle behind the volume of this is simple.
2. Spot a real problem and focus their efforts on solving it. Do not disperse their time between too many concurrent activities unrelated.
3. Identify your target market (s) and collect the views of the market from the beginning. Trying to understand your prospects and customers through firsthand observation. (How does the market currently is the problem they are trying to solve?). Read the rest of this entry »
The Secret of Profitable and Successful Business, Find Your Point of Differentiation From Competition
Any business idea will always have competition. Even if you get to create a totally new, you will soon be copied and imitated by others.
Therefore, if competition is always going to be a key element that every business idea should have to be successful and profitable is to find its points of differentiation against other competitors.
That point or points of differentiation is what makes your business idea a unique idea that you can allow your potential customers to identify and differentiate against other similar business ideas. The serious risk of not having a point of differentiation is that then the only difference that your customers might have to log in would be the price that you set for your services or products and that is very risky because it would lose profitability to see you have to lower your price to sell more.
Your point of differentiation can not be as gaseous as “give a good service” at the end because that is something in the future. Your point of differentiation should be something that your customers can easily grasp and talk about the difference when you talk about your business idea and can be accomplished in several ways.
For example if you have an idea of a laundry business, it is clear that your business idea is similar to many laundry business then you have to differentiate yourself from the rest by creating something unique and singular as it may perhaps be of service delivery delivery of clothing or perhaps a money back guarantee if the clothes are not clean or something similar.
You will realize that your point of differentiation is running and is only when your customers start to talk about that point of differentiation. In the example above for example your customers might start talking about “doing the laundry for free delivery to your home” or perhaps “I use the laundry to give a guarantee of your money back if not clean your clothes.”
Many times that you should try to find your point of differentiation by asking your current customers why they are buying your products or services that identify them from their responses that characteristic that sets you apart from the rest and you can highlight it and use it immediately afterwards in all marketing or marketing strategies that you develop your business idea.
I remember that “price” of your products or services can never be your point of differentiation if you want a profitable business idea.
Benefits of Franchise Business

Normally economic benefits for the franchisor payment consist of:
- A lump sum by way of franchising law
- Royalties (a percentage of sales)
- Contribution to fund advertising and promotions.
- Often the franchisor (owner) grants the franchisee products, supplies and services that it must acquire.
Moreover, the franchisee receives:
- Support ongoing
- Participation in corporate advertising programs
- Benefits from economies of scale
- Proven business systems that improve their internal procedures
While franchising is where a mark is successful, this does not mean it is famous, because although the name can be known does not necessarily mean it will be a better business. It takes just all know today (business knowledge) and a correct implementation for the business to be really successful. Read the rest of this entry »
Grow Through Franchising

The other day I got the new edition number 33 of the Mass Business magazine, where I found an excellent article that talks about the franchise, so obviously I liked the article is that it is approached from the perspective of our country and that then I give you a summary.
It is a reality that our country is a really competitive as well with a wide range of risks to be taken into account. Focused directly on competitiveness is important to analyze how to survive in a market full of large competitors with far more likely than small employers.
The doubts that trigger this are eg How to overcome the barrier of the lack of distinction? How can we compete with them? For these and other questions there is the possibility of partnering in the form of franchising, a tool to reduce operational costs, increase sales, improve profitability and at some point improve corporate life.
The franchise (Franchising)
The franchises are basically breeding chain systems, which follow a successful business model and where there are two parts. On the one hand, the franchisor owns the brand and with the knowledge about the business and which gives authorization to the second part, the franchisee, in order to commercially exploit that mark.

Investing with Adsense III

5 .- One account, multiple sites
Another important issue to use this service of Google Adsense is to be careful to have many sites with a single account. You have to spend a good time to keep in good condition and efficiently each site, because the returns of a site can affect the entire account.
The one point had two blogs and good income generating principle, but after a while the second blog generated very little revenue and damaging to the entire account. No not really found out much about it because now use a single blog, but I have understood that just the poor performance of a site can affect the revenue of the entire account.
6 .- Do not you cancel the account
Well, obviously is more to explain that Google has an entire system through in order to prevent fraudulent clicks. This would be such that the actual owner of the website is one hour by clicking on their ads.
Nor can encourage people to click on ads. This is also punishable by Google. Read the rest of this entry »

3 .- Colors
A much discussed aspect of the ad is about the color we use on them. According to some people is important to put different colors and the more eye-catching blog better. This is because people are so used to seeing advertisements on Internet sites and visually (and unconsciously) the blocks. So put ads flashy, brightly colored than the blog or call the reader’s attention.
For others (myself included in this list) it’s best to choose colors that are similar to the site. On the one hand because it is aesthetically good, I value the visual part of any site and actually everything should be in harmony. On the other side to complement the Web site, is understood as part of it.
Anyway this is use and abuse. Some people placed the ads as if they were sections of your site and mislead the reader to “click” there, some even able to design knowing the side of an image ad and at first sight seems an article or section and readers end up clicking here .
But the parties out of ethical or good and bad jobs, the use of Adsense, it is important that our Web site and as always based on your target, use the colors in the best possible way. Blogs like this may be well the colors are in harmony with the blog and perhaps other places are better and of greatest benefit to the Webmaster if you use colors that stand out for it.
