Business Ideas: underwear x-ray test

business ideas

Every good entrepreneur worth his salt should be alert to changes in its environment to create and innovate while doing business. Because of terrorism, the United States and therefore the world imposed security measures that prevent people bring things in airplanes that are considered dangerous, and have created the famous scans of whole body and with it the discomfort this results in passengers.

So many companies a while now, have taken presentations of their products in the amounts allowed by the regulations.

So now sell kits with toothpaste, shampoo and conditioners, etc., in presentations accepted by the authorities and carry no risk to the safety of passengers and crew of the aircraft.

Now a British photographer, Steve Bradshaw, developed a special dye underwear, which prevents x-ray scanners found matching the private parts of the users of the aircraft.

The idea that motivated him was the fact of maintaining user privacy in intimate areas when subjected to security arrangements at airports.

The same had an altercation at an airport in the UK, when he refused to enter a whole body scan. This situation was a catalyst to develop the idea that we discussed today.

The special dye developed by the photographer, containing barium sulfate, aluminum, glass, dirt and other materials. According to the inventor, this mixture is able to disperse and reflect x-rays

The UK product is awaiting approval by the Ministry of Transport in the UK.

Given the rejection and the strong criticism that the whole body scanners have been around the world, especially in USA and the UK.

It is very likely that this type of invention is well received by the population.

Make a Business Work

The mindset of an entrepreneur is vital to make a business work. Although I assume that this is nothing new and that all we know.

The hard part is to analyze what a business really. Many years ago I used to go on internet to find business ideas and I am excited and implement them in real life.

The sad reality is that more than finding business ideas, proposals which were found to earn extra money. Gentlemen, why are not businesses, so let’s call things by their name. True, the fact of earning extra money, is to develop and illustrate the mind to go into business later.

I also found business ideas that we all know and need our daily presence for its operation. That to me, they are not businesses, have jobs, as you said I admired Robert Kiyosaki.

Whether you live in Spain, Russia, South America or Japan. The fact is that starting a business in which the end of the month, subtracting staff salaries and all expenses that a business entails, you still gain a net amount of less than 1.500 to 2.000 € / USD, that’s not a profitable business , because that money is earned in any job with less effort than liderando your own business.

So before you start implementing your business idea be sure to:

- What is a business that you love active.

- What is a business that eventually, can operate without having to be present in it.

- What is a business that can develop in such a way that the effort will compensate to the point of least double in value for money the salary of one of your employees.

- What is a business which you can make it grow by incorporating a distribution network and business system, such that even in times of crisis, have no problems to sell or lend your services in other provinces, states or countries.

That said, I expect more or less distinguish what is a business and what is enslave in a business or earn extra money.

I made sure to gather the most profitable business ideas of 2010 and further still emerging sectors. We take care to frequently update the list of ideas, the direction and trend of the market.

“Guide” of Developing a Business Plan

Not infrequently, good business ideas fail to practice safety, for not taking into account critical aspect to carry it out.
Here’s a brief “guide” of developing a business plan, the famous business plan covering an individual business or enterprise as a whole.

1. Objective
- Clearly state the purpose of the organization or business in the long term.
- Be as concise as possible, but that future is explicit for anyone.
(Unclear objectives do not lead anywhere)

2. Team
- Name the CEO and key management people
- Include previous accomplishments to show that they are people with a history of success
- Summarize your years of practical experience in this field
(It is always preferable to a mediocre to very good project managers, the reverse)

3. Market
- Past, Present and Future of the specific market
- Carefully inspect the changes in market share, leadership, players, market shifts, costs, prices or competition to provide an opportunity for the success of your organization.
(If you can not make an “X” clear the market, do not start the business)

4. Opportunities and Threats
- Major challenges and opportunities
- Expose the customer or consumer needs
- Define the nature of the product or service opportunities created to meet
(NO minimize the problems, opportunities or exaggerate. As customer needs, how do you find out?)

5. Business Concept
- Summarize the concepts, strategies and key technologies which underpin business
(Does your staff dominates?)

6. Competition
- Analyze your competition CAREFULLY
- Summarize your organization’s competitive advantage
(Are there any clear advantages or benefits are microscopic?)

7. Goals and Objectives
- Goals to 5 years
- Intermediate Goals
- Specific measurable objectives
- Objectives of market share
- Objectives of earnings and profits
(On what assumptions and scenarios are designed objectives?)

The 22 Laws of Marketing IV

marketing

17. Act as essential. Unless you write the plans of their competitors, you can not predict the future.

For more analysis, evaluations and so on, we’ll never know how competitors will act, so even is important not to use the same strategies. The surprise factor can be catastrophic. Out there trying to copy their work and they change radically, then made a poor showing as trademarks. Competition can act as you like and that we’ll never know for sure.

18. Law of Success. The success usually precedes the arrogance, and arrogance to failure.

Many marks of success because they become arrogant, this leads to failure, which is called “he fumes rose.” Not to be (or think we are) successful and we are complete. The brand, company and world need to be changed and adapted, so you must always follow the race.

19. Law of failure. The failure must be expected and accepted.

All brand or company at risk of failure, either a simple action such as company or brand in general. That’s life, so are the products and so we must be prepared and accept our failures.

20. Law hype. Often the situation is different as published in the press. Read the rest of this entry »

11. Law perspective. The effects of marketing are visible in the long term.

The law says it all, the marketing helps to see long-term effects, you can not do a marketing and now we want to see another day, but in the long term effects tend to be based on objectives . PATIENCE

12. Law of line extension. There is an irresistible pressure to extend the value of the brand.

The idea is not to leverage several products under the same or put the same name. It happens that people have a good product, good brand and want to extend the line to new products.

Coca eg in the form although small mark on all its lines, has a name such as Fanta, Dasani, etc, etc, etc. It is not Coca Orange, Coca Water, etc, etc, etc.

Do you understand? Not extend the line. Besides running the risk that if your brand ends with a problematic product, ALL brand image is harmed. If Fanta dies, poor Fanta, Coca-Cola Coca-Cola … but not greatly impaired the image. OK?

13. Law of sacrifice. Must necessarily give one thing to get another. Read the rest of this entry »

6. Law of exclusivity. Two companies can not own the same word in the minds of customers.

No brand can have the same concept as another brand, if this happens one of 2 made a mistake. The first had no clear concept and is not responsible for protecting or leave in the mind of the consumer, the second copy that concept and ran the risk of being wrong stop running that risk as being comparable only with the other.

7. Law of the ladder. The strategy to be used depends directly on the rung on the ladder deal.

The brand strategies are and are based on the step as they are inside the mind of the consumer. An example comes to my mind the case of an AVIS car company who were in second place in sales, then created the following slogan:

“AVIS, because we’re second, we try harder”

A clear message that shows how from second place a company can create an excellent communication strategy in a simple and ingenious.

8. Law of duality. In the long run, every market becomes a race of two participants. Read the rest of this entry »

The 22 Laws of Marketing I

marketing

1. Act of leadership. It is better to be first to be the best.

To understand this law is always used the following example:

Who was the first man on the moon? And the second? And the third?

Sure most people recognize that Armstrong was the first, but now comes the second part of the exercise.

Who was better astronaut?

No matter, because the first was Armstrong and that remains etched in the minds of people. So a brand but not necessarily be the best you can get it going first is well positioned … I do not mean it is consumed. I almost do not drink Coca-Cola but it is the first brand of cola soft drink that comes to mind.

2. Law category. If you can not be the first in a category, create a new order in which it can be.

7UP was ranked 11 in sales numbers, desperate to reach higher had the idea of ceasing to be a more gas and created the next category. “The first drink 7UP crystal no tail.” With this simple example, jumped from 11 to 3 sales, creating a new category, that of crystalline non cola beverages.
