It can also occur financing by the entrepreneur. The repurchase difference in this case the entrepreneur buys our part using their own money or funds to buy our hand, change in the financing, once the business is running, the entrepreneur can borrow money and thus how to buy us.

Investment Model – Seed Capital I

In the previous topic commented on the first model of investment we can use. This was the “price” and basically trying to follow the technique of “buy low, sell high” and are getting good prices by chance, or simply search through our contact network.
But today’s model will see the “seed money” and how it works. Obviously this model of investment is very different from before, but if you know how to use his techniques, you will generate better returns than using the previous model.
How does this model?
This model is used when you want help with an amount of capital, an entrepreneur in his project to launch how to improve the work he is doing. In this case we have a difficulty that is the “risk” because if the project is not launching, do not know if it actually works or not.
What about strategies for entry and exit?
In this case the problem is not the front, and we can negotiate or create a way to get into the business to be truly effective in achieving our objectives. The problem that actually generates is how we make our exit strategy. As learned and studied, there are 3 ways out of this type of investment: Read the rest of this entry »

Normally economic benefits for the franchisor payment consist of:
- A lump sum by way of franchising law
- Royalties (a percentage of sales)
- Contribution to fund advertising and promotions.

Grow Through Franchising

The other day I got the new edition number 33 of the Mass Business magazine, where I found an excellent article that talks about the franchise, so obviously I liked the article is that it is approached from the perspective of our country and that then I give you a summary.
It is a reality that our country is a really competitive as well with a wide range of risks to be taken into account. Focused directly on competitiveness is important to analyze how to survive in a market full of large competitors with far more likely than small employers.
The doubts that trigger this are eg How to overcome the barrier of the lack of distinction? How can we compete with them? For these and other questions there is the possibility of partnering in the form of franchising, a tool to reduce operational costs, increase sales, improve profitability and at some point improve corporate life.
The franchise (Franchising)
The franchises are basically breeding chain systems, which follow a successful business model and where there are two parts. On the one hand, the franchisor owns the brand and with the knowledge about the business and which gives authorization to the second part, the franchisee, in order to commercially exploit that mark.

This is because people are so used to seeing advertisements on Internet sites and visually (and unconsciously) the blocks. So put ads flashy, brightly colored than the blog or call the reader’s attention.
For others (myself included in this list) it’s best to choose colors that are similar to the site. On the one hand because it is aesthetically good, I value the visual part of any site and actually everything should be in harmony. On the other side to complement the Web site, is understood as part of it.
Anyway this is use and abuse. Some people placed the ads as if they were sections of your site and mislead the reader to “click” there, some even able to design knowing the side of an image ad and at first sight seems an article or section and readers end up clicking here .
But the parties out of ethical or good and bad jobs, the use of Adsense, it is important that our Web site and as always based on your target, use the colors in the best possible way. Blogs like this may be well the colors are in harmony with the blog and perhaps other places are better and of greatest benefit to the Webmaster if you use colors that stand out for it.
